Our Process
Niyaj Engineering Consulting Services Ltd. obtains briefs from the Client/Architect or Project manager depending on the source of the project. A preliminary design proposal report is then prepared and submitted to the Client for confirmation that our interpretation of the client brief is in line with the client’s intention. The preliminary report also highlights the design methodology we propose to use to run the project and the agreed time schedule.
A detailed program of work is agreed upon with the Client/Project manager/Architect at this stage, and this becomes the basis for our deliverables while progress reports are submitted to the Client/Project Manager/Architect regularly at the agreed timeline
Niyaj Engineering Consulting Services Ltd. assembled teams from members of staff to form a Project Team for each of its projects. Support staff, Associates, and other specialists are drawn from the industry to meet the specific and unique needs of the project.
The Project Engineer provides the link between the Client or Architect and the Project Team. He holds regular meetings with the Client/Architect to provide the Client with the opportunity to review the work at different stages of completion and to alert the Client of problems that require the Client’s input for their solution.
Review teams are set up internally with the Principal Consultant and other key staff and short-term experts to give technical direction to any given project to ensure client satisfaction.
We design having in mind functionality, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance all in order to give value for client money and make their dream a reality. All our transactions are done with confidentiality and integrity at every stage of our relationship with the client.
